If ever there was a young business making great leaps forward, it has to be this company. "Wash and Blast WA," as the name suggests, specializes in high-pressure cleaning. Inaugurated in Geraldton and with an office in Perth, the company takes on a wide range of projects, from cleaning mining company infrastructure and pipes to even cleaning boat hulls using high-pressure water blasting.

In addition to general cleaning work, they perform other high-pressure water blasting procedures such as concrete demolition, paint and rubber coating removal, surface preparation for painting, pipe and tank cleaning, and descaling. "Wash and Blast WA" offers a multitude of services, covering a large section of Western Australia, including the northwest, the goldfields, the southwest, and the Perth metro area.

Hendrik Le Grange, the Principal, stated that the company has only been in operation for three years, but in that time, they've been consistently busy. Much of their schedule is occupied by mining companies that contract them to clean a wide range of items, from machinery and fixed plant to tanks and more.

The company operates three Isuzu trucks. The first was purchased second-hand locally but, impressed by its performance, they later acquired two new NQR 87/80-190 models from Major Motors. These trucks are used to transport the equipment required for the job and often cover a staggering 2,000 kilometres or more on most assignments. Given the extensive travel and the need to carry personnel and equipment, reliability is of paramount importance.

Hendrik expressed the company's satisfaction with the trucks, saying, "We couldn't be more pleased. Everything is working exceptionally well. We're happy with the trucks and very satisfied with the service received from Major Motors."
