It’s now official there is a shortage of truck drivers.
Truck driving is now considered to be a job with a shortage of workers and is listed on the national skills shortage list.
The National Skills Commission has recently included truck driving among a list of 129 occupations in shortage.
The national skills priority list provides a detailed view of occupations in shortage, as well as the future demand for occupations in Australia.
