This point was made at the presentation by ISUZU Australia Limited (IAL) Director and Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Harbison to recognise Major Motors and other winners in their contribution to provide the best possible customer experience. ‘It is the consistent professionalism and expertise of the Isuzu Dealer Network that helps to achieve the great results for the company and for our customers,’ he said. 

As a measure of successful customer engagement across sales, service and parts, the award is testament to the culture of the business and staff at Major Motors who accept the honour but respect the responsibility to continue to grow and improve.
