Pezzano Enterprises is a major supplier of fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs and herbs servicing supermarkets, mining camps, restaurants, cafes, hotels, bars, clubs, food manufacturers and caterers.

That’s a heck of a range of clients and it’s a business that is about to hit its busiest time of year.

The company is based in the Canning Vale Markets, where they obtain fresh fruit, and vegetables, though they also have growers who grow and deliver direct to them.

The business established in 1956, has an extensive team of buyers, packers etc etc. This includes qualified pickers who pick out the client orders that can range anywhere from $1,000 to $100,000 a week.

That’s a massive amount of fruit and vegies!

Pezzano is obviously fulfilling a substantial need as it has grown considerably over its 70 years and along with its growth has been the assembly of a small fleet of trucks that are in constant operation.

Pep recently decided on Isuzus, after he said, he had been somewhat messed around by a supplier of another make of truck that he has used extensively in the past.

‘Isuzus are a little bit more expensive than I’ve generally had in the past - but I needed trucks urgently as the busiest part of the year is about to descend upon us’, he said.

‘I couldn’t muck around – and as I’ve had one Isuzu that’s now done a reliable half a million kilometres, I decided to heck with it and get more.

‘And I am so pleased I did because the service I’ve received from Major Motors has been fantastic.

‘They didn’t have the number of trucks in stock of the model I wanted – but they managed to get it sorted and to say the least, I’m blown away by the experience.

‘I cannot fault the service – I absolutely had to have these trucks urgently and they  bent over backwards to get what I needed – it has been a great experience of receiving quality customer service that has put others to shame,’ he said.
